Can we begin by talking about how “eye glasses are the new cool”. They add instant flair to any outfit, and are one of my favorite accessories. Not to mention they help me to actually see things crisp and clear. I’ve always gotten away without glasses, but after having Landyn my eyesight got much worse. Truth be told, I am an eye doctor’s worst patient. I always go in with the intention of actually “wearing” the glasses I select at that appointment, but I always leave there feeling rushed and less that satisfied with my selection. Not to mention they cost an arm and a leg.
I recently got the opportunity to collaborate with Penn Avenue Eyewear and what a treat it was. I went on their website and choose 4 frames that I thought best fit my face shape and personal style. They overnighted me all four frames to try on at home with a prepaid return label to ship back. I was able to sit in front of mirror in the comfort of my own home, (not with an eye doctor selling me on his opinion) and select which frames I liked best. All I had to do was go down to my local Costco (eye exams are $50), get my prescription, and scan it over to Penn Avenue. They had my new glasses made in their lab and delivered to my doorstep in a matter of days. Fast, convenient, affordable, and stylish. They are awesome quality and were made just for me.
