I do this thing where I talk myself out of things. I wake up with a new idea, and then it proves to be not so “new” when shortly after I see it being played out somewhere else. Then I get completely derailed and it takes a million pep talks and a couple doses of inspiration before I am okay again. I think that is what motivates me forward. It’s in my blood to want to stand out from a crowd and do things differently. And while this has nothing to do with today’s “style” post, I had to get that off my chest. Moving on…

Fall welcomed us here in so cal this weekend. Well the winds and fall foliage welcomed us. The temps were still in the 90s. I really think dresses and booties are a California girls fall go to.
